Dawn Meats Group is one of Europe's leading beef and lamb processing companies with locations across Ireland, UK, France and continental Europe employing over 8,000 employees We are currently seeking to recruit a Payroll administrator to join the team at our site in Kildare Town.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Various tasks within the Accounts Department to include weekly payroll, Accounts payable dealing with purchase orders and supplier invoice queries and account Receivable.
* Weekly stock reconciliations.
* Various weekly and month end reports.
* Clerical tasks such as filing, answering the telephone and other adhoc duties to help maintain the smooth running of the office.
Qualifications
Your role will see you tackle a wide range of business challenges in a busy Finance environment.
The ideal Candidate will have or demonstrate:
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Microsoft Excel.
* The candidate must be flexible to cover a variety of tasks within the finance department.
* Good numerical skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work to deadlines.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in payroll.
* Finance or business: 1 year experience in a similar role.
