(Associate to Senior Associate) to join a dynamic practice. The team advises both domestic and international clients across a broad spectrum of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, corporate restructurings, commercial contracts, corporate governance, technology, intellectual property, and international business.

The Role:
* Advise on mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, and corporate restructurings
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and shareholder agreements
* Support corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
* Work with international and domestic clients across multiple sectors
* Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development initiatives
The Person:
* Irish-qualified solicitor, Associate to Senior Associate level
* Solid experience in corporate transactions and commercial contracts
* Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach
* Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
* Confident managing a varied workload in a collaborative team
