Role Overview A member of the Global Risk function that acts as a trusted advisor and business partner providing support, independent oversight and constructive challenge. The Global Risk Function supports the Group's business focused risk framework. TP ICAP aspires to a culture and mindset that takes considered and well-thought through risk to achieve commercial value. Role Responsibilities Co-ordination and Preparation of the Groups regulatory prudential submissions to the Group's regulators in the UK, EU, Middle East and other jurisdictions as required including scenario analysis, stress testing and reverse stress testing (e.g. ICARAs and ICAAPs). Co-ordination and Preparation of the Groups internal economic prudential assessments including scenario analysis, stress testing and reverse stress testing. Partnering with Finance and other functions to deliver prudential deliverables. Independent oversight and constructive challenge of business inputs to the prudential processes. Co-ordination of regulatory prudential public disclosure requirements (e.g. MIFIDPRU disclosures). Co-ordinating third-party review of the Group's prudential processes including validation of the Gorup's internal models. Independent oversight and constructive challenge of any open issues, including Internal Audit observations, related to the Group's prudential processes. Experience / Competences Essential Reasonable level of experience in risk, finance, legal or compliance roles. Communication and collaboration skills Desired ICARA, ICAAP, Economic Capital, Scenario Analysis, risk modelling, MIFIDPRU regulation. Prudential regulatory returns. Interaction with regulators.
