The chef will assist the head chef with the daily running of this busy and vibrant hotel kitchen. Having the ability to work as part of a friendly and dynamic team and being flexible is a necessary requirement.
* Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard across your section
* Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices at all times
* Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal specials
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery
