Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead recruitment across clinical, administrative and leadership roles in the healthcare sector. This role combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on sourcing and selection, including international recruitment and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and locations
* Partner with hiring managers to define needs and build sourcing strategies
* Conduct talent mapping, salary benchmarking and market analysis
* Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
* Lead international recruitment and support visa/registration processes
* Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
* Use data to track performance and improve recruitment efficiency
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition
* Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and regulatory frameworks
* Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and social media sourcing
* Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management
* Flexible availability and ability to manage multiple roles
* Results-driven with a focus on quality hiring and candidate experience
