Senior Production Operator (Night Shift) – Healthcare – Athenry

The Ireland Operations team is actively seeking a Senior Production Operator to support the stand‑up and ongoing operations of our manufacturing facility in Athenry.
Shift Details
12‑hour night shift (Monday to Wednesday + alternate Thursdays). 4‑on / 3‑off – 3‑on / 4‑off pattern.
Responsibilities
* Cross trained on multiple processes; recognized as a subject‑matter expert in key areas.
* Compliance to all quality procedures; flag any deviation noted.
* Completion and maintenance of quality documentation as required for the manufacture of medical devices (GMP requirements).
* Comply with all safety requirements and operate in a safe manner.
* Compete task to predefined deliverables/targets as assigned by your supervisor.
* Set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi‑automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment.
* Responsible for the overall operation of manufacturing machinery including feeding materials, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, applying labels, packaging, moving raw materials and finished product, and data entry.
* Can be deployed as a trainer for other employees.
* Checks and inspects product against required specifications.
* As part of a team, ensure communications are clear and courteous.
Experience and Education
* Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification (L5).
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* 4 to 6 years medical device and cleanroom experience.
* Demonstrated computer literacy.
* Mechanically minded.
* Working in a team.
* Communication skills.
* Training/knowledge transfer skills required.

* High level of dexterity and attention to detail is essential.
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
* Be punctual, complete task efficiently.
* Ability to work on complex tasks.
