Job Title: Service Technician Location: Dublin Salary: DOE Role Overview An experienced Field Service Technician is required to deliver best-in-class service and support to a diverse customer base across Ireland.
This role is primarily field-based and involves the installation, servicing, and repair of commercial warewashing equipment.
You will operate independently while being supported by a Regional Operations Manager and a central scheduling team.
The role includes the use of a company van, fuel card, laptop, and mobile phone, with core working hours of 40 hours per week (door-to-door).
This is a customer-facing position within a fast-paced and demanding environment, supporting a wide range of clients including restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and corporate offices.
High standards of service delivery and customer engagement are essential to support ongoing business growth and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair commercial warewashing equipment (e.g.
