Job Description:
The role of Construction Site Manager is a pivotal position within the Water/Waste Water Industry. As the leader of construction teams and subcontractors on site, you will be responsible for prioritizing Health & Safety above all else.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive Health & Safety file on site
2. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to plan projects effectively, ensuring project requirements, specifications, design drawings, and health & safety proposals are agreed upon and implemented in accordance with Veolia's Minimum Requirement (VMR) toolkit standard
3. Promote and uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management
4. Safeguard day-to-day site operations by supervising site staff while maintaining adherence to VMR guidelines
