We are currently seeking to hire a Training Administrator to join a friendly and fast-paced Training Department operating in the Aviation Industry, based at our Training Centre in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
1. Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as required.
2. Managing email enquiries and responding promptly.
3. Booking flights and accommodation for trainees and staff.
4. Managing diaries, arranging appointments, and booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
5. Maintaining trainee databases through data entry.
6. General facility management.
7. Attending School Introduction days in Dublin and abroad, if required.
8. Providing administrative support to the Training Centre Manager and Head of Department.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Punctuality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous office experience and understanding of office procedures.
- Experience in the airline industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of an additional European language is an advantage.
