We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen stock, assisting senior chefs, and preparing high-quality food to order. Key responsibilities include working on a section of the kitchen during service, ensuring that food is produced on time and meets customer expectations.
* Stock management and inventory control
* Assisting senior chefs in menu planning and preparation
* Cooking food to order and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 2 years' experience as a chef, a professional cookery qualification, and experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also essential.
