Ireland's leading business law firm Byrne Wallace Shields LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join the firm's dynamic and fast paced marketing team.
This is a hands-on role for a creative and data-driven marketing professional with strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, campaign delivery, branding and design. The successful candidate will manage multi-channel marketing activities, deliver compelling thought leadership content, and enhance the firm's reputation as a leading law firm.

They will contribute ideas that will ensure the team consistently delivers forward thinking, proactive and best-in-class marketing and communications support to the firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, deliver, and optimise digital and off-line marketing campaigns in line with the firm's values and business objectives.
* Manage website and social media content and performance, ensuring SEO and AI best practices are applied to improve visibility and rankings. Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, social insights) and deliver regular reports with actionable insights to improve ROI.
* Manage the development and delivery of high-quality thought leadership content through a variety of channels including e-marketing, website, events and webinars, sponsorships and partnerships, media relations and social media, video and audio.
* Collaborate with partners and legal teams to turn legal insights into engaging, client-friendly marketing materials.
* Develop multimedia content (graphics, short videos, brochures, event invitations, presentations and posters) to support the full suite of off-line and online marketing activities.
* Develop and use the CRM as a central intelligence system, ensuring the firm's marketing activities are targeted, measurable, and supportive of marketing and business development objectives.
* Provide internal communications support to convey information on the firm's people initiatives, including sports & social, CSR, diversity and inclusion, learning & development etc, via the firm's intranet and internal mail systems.
* Research activity across relevant market sectors, industries, and organisations to ascertain opportunities for growth and development.
* Support the annual directory submissions process (specifically for Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500), and award entries.
* Ensure consistent application of the firm's brand guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms.
* Report on KPIs and track the firm's online and social presence, press coverage, digital campaigns and CRM activities and input into quarterly and annual reports.
Skills and Experience
* Relevant third level qualification.
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services or B2B environment.
* Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, design, video and audio production (Canva and Adobe Creative Suite).
* Proficient using CRM-based content management systems, email marketing, webinar, and video/audio platforms and software. Experience using Vutur, Wordpress, Modx, Interaction, Teams, Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition an advantage.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, Streams, Co-Pilot and ClipChamp.
* Experience with SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics), and social media management platforms.
* Experience and knowledge on how to leverage AI platforms and tools for marketing purposes is desirable.
* Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
