Job post summary: ABOUT USEcoGreen Landscapes Ltd is a growing landscaping company delivering high-quality grounds maintenance, estate management and professional tree surgery services across Dublin and surrounding counties. We operate using modern 100% battery‑powered equipment and focus on safety, quality and long-term client relationships. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to lead our Maintenance Division. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong organisational skills and site responsibility.
Duties
Organise and lead a small maintenance crew
Carry out lawn care, edging and estate maintenance
Hedge trimming and shrub management
Moss and weed treatment
Tree reductions and removals
Ensure high‑quality standards on all sites
Report directly to the Director
Responsibilities
Maintain full Health & Safety compliance
Oversee equipment, van organisation and site preparation
Communicate professionally with clients when required
Maintain company standards and reputation
Requirements
Essential
2 years experience in landscaping / grounds maintenance
Full Category B driving licence (essential)
Permission to work in Ireland
Safe Pass required
Ability to work independently and take ownership of sites
Chainsaw certification (CS30/31 or equivalent) desirable
Tree Climbing & Aerial Rescue certification desirable
