Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a complex, multi-stream transformation programme encompassing data acquisition (from industrial sites), software implementation/rollout, engineering systems and expertise, and organisational change.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programmes with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and technical dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate multiple projects and pillars under a unified programme structure.
* Develop and maintain the master programme plan, including dependencies, milestones, risks, and resources.
* Set and communicate clear programme and sub-programme goals
* Drive execution and delivery across data, engineering, software, and change management workstreams.
* Oversee data acquisition and integration activities, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategy.
* Manage cross-functional teams, including internal staff, stakeholders, and customer staff dependencies.
* Implement governance and reporting frameworks, providing transparent progress updates to the executive team, as well as external stakeholders.
* Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and communication, managing competing priorities and change impacts.
* Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints while maintaining high quality.
Required Experience
* 10+ years' experience in programme/project management of large-scale, complex initiatives.
* Demonstrated success leading programmes involving engineering systems, data platforms, software rollout, or digital transformation.
* Strong experience with change management and stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions.
* Proven ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple internal and customer-side stakeholders.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery models.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Professional certifications (PMP, MSP, or equivalent) preferred.
Desirable
* Engineering background (Mechanical, Process, Industrial, Chemical, or Energy/Optimisation) — highly advantageous.
* Software knowledge and experience in software-led programme delivery.
* Experience in industrial, energy, or sustainability sectors.
* Exposure to data-driven performance programmes, optimisation systems, or digital twins.

Location
: Our office is based in Powerscourt House, Co. Wicklow. We offer a hybrid working model of 3 days on-site with the opportunity to work flexibly.
