This post involves contributing to the development and implementation of integrated and community care pathways/models across the region and leading service transformation to support care delivery closer to home aligned with HSE Sláintecare principles.The Director of Nursing, Integrated and Community Care will act a key liaison between the Regional Director of Nursing and Midwifery and nursing and midwifery staff and will provide assurances for the development and delivery of integrated nursing and midwifery services across the region, strengthening multidisciplinary working and supporting effective transitions of care enhancing system-wide collaboration and ensure consistency in nursing and midwifery service delivery across the region.Closing date12/02/2026 12:00:00Proposed interview dateCandidates will normally be given at least two weeks' notice of interview.
