Role Profile: As part of the Irish Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will play a key strategic role in helping shape & implement our Business Strategy. It is key that you have the ability to lead and deliver in an autonomous senior role, whilst displaying the right positive Leadership behaviours, that drive high levels of employee engagement. Reporting directly to the MD of Ireland you will have overall accountability for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring operational excellence across our client portfolio. Leading a team of senior operations mangers to ensure we have strong client & contractual relationships in a commercial manner, ensuring compliance with Mities policies, values and behaviours. Key Deliverables : Collaborating with the senior executive team to develop and execute the organisations strategic plan. Providing strategic direction and leadership for the organisations day to day operations. Ensure delivery of all operational KPIs across your teams. Build & lead high performing operational teams. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork & a solution focused approach. High response rate to customers needs, and a focus on improving overall customer experience. Driving a solution-based culture at all levels within you teams. Ensure you are Leading through your teams to deliver an exceptional service to your clients. Drive a high level of positive Engagement with all your teams and ensuring you and your senior leaders are leading by example and are having a positive impact on our culture each and every day. Demonstrate a high level of execution in our 5 key performance areas: -Leadership -Commercial Acumen -Relationships -Culture -Growth & Delivery Ensure you are the final point of all operational escalations and have the capacity to find and drive client solutions and you are in full control of your stakeholder matrix. Implement senior client review process to identify additional sales opportunities. Align to all central functions to enhance existing service offers, & drive service initiatives to your team and your clients. Challenge and continually review how we work and operate to drive improvements and best practice. Challenge existing team structures and have a flexible approach to meet clients needs. Build cross-sector and cross-functional relationships to enhance business efficiencies. Taking care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by what they do or what they fail to do. Ensure that contracts under your control are implementing all relevant QHSE procedures. Monitor and review QHSE incidents and corrective and preventative actions in all sites under their control. Individual Profile 15 20 years experience in senior leadership roles. Experience managing hard/technical services is essential. Clear ability to lead large teams including senior operations managers / directors. Exceptional strategic thinking & problem solving and decision-making skills. Positive leadership behaviours which drive inclusion & cultural change. Ability to cultivate strong and lasting client relationships that can withstand change. Record of delivering financial KPIs year on year. High Responsivness with a can do / solution focus attitude Strong self-awareness with the ability to change as required. Creates a sense of fun and can-do attitude amongst their team.
