Transaction Specialist
We are seeking an experienced transaction specialist to join our team. This role will support the development and implementation of payment systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and commercial agreements.
The successful candidate will thrive in fast-paced transactional work, advising on a wide range of issues related to consumer financial products and services through mobile wallets. Key responsibilities include serving as product counsel, shaping responses to legal and regulatory requirements, structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements with third parties in the payments industry.
Must have significant experience providing product advice for mobile wallets, payment cards, payments systems alternative payments. Also preferred is strong intellectual property law technology transactions background knowledge of Irish European directives laws regulations impacting payments financial services.

* SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE PROVIDING PRODUCT ADVICE FOR MOBILE WALLETS PAYMENT CARDS PAYMENTS SYSTEMS ALTERNATIVE PAYMENTS AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES
* DRAFTING NEGOTIATING COMPLEX COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS WITH STRONG INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW TECHNOLOGY TRANSACTIONS BACKGROUND PREFERRED
