MCS Group are proud to be working with a prestigious Dublin based organisation that's investing heavily in its IT and digital capability. They're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support a programme of infrastructure, security and operational change. Initial fixed term contract of 12 months but room for extension and/or permanency.
This role sits within an internal IT function and focuses on delivering business-critical projects end-to-end, working closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
(Hybrid - Dublin City Centre)
The role
* Own and deliver IT projects across infrastructure, security and operations
* Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery
* Work with a mix of Waterfall and Agile approaches
* Drive stakeholder engagement and support change adoption
* Keep projects on track across scope, budget, risk and timelines
What they're looking for
* Strong background in IT project delivery (infrastructure / operations focused)
* Experience working in complex, stakeholder-heavy environments
* Comfortable managing vendors and cross-functional teams
* Good working knowledge of cloud, core infrastructure and security concepts
* Confident communicator with a pragmatic, delivery-first mindset
* Right to work in Ireland (no sponsorship available for contract positions) and happy with a Dublin hybrid office position
Nice to have
* PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certification
* Exposure to ITIL or service management environments
* Experience working in regulated settings
