Site Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Coordinator to assist the Site Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a large residential project in Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules in coordination with senior project managers and stakeholders.
* Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and other relevant records.
* Identify potential risks and challenges that may arise during the project and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with the project team.
* Implement quality control procedures to ensure construction work meets industry standards and project specifications.
* Coordinate and allocate resources, such as labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year experience in the construction industry or as an engineer in Ireland/UK.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
