* Manage the full payroll function, ensuring compliance with Irish legislation and internal controls.
* Review current payroll systems and procedures to identify efficiencies and recommend improvements.
* Process statutory deductions (PAYE, PRSI, USC) and employee benefits accurately.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in a payroll management role, ideally in a medium-to-large organisation.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish payroll legislation.
* Demonstrated experience reviewing and improving payroll systems and processes.
* Strong IT and systems skills, including payroll software and MS Excel.
