The Solution Consultant will support the Commercial sales team by helping to understand complex customer business problems and requirements and translate them into solutions leveraging Docusign’s platform.This position is an individual contributor reporting to Senior Manager, Solutions Consulting EMEAResponsibilityUnderstand complex customer business problems within the assigned territory and client-baseVisualise customer internal systems and information topologyMap customer problems and systems to Docusign solutionsEstablish confidence in recommendations via product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical phone calls, workflow outlines, RFP/RFI responses, product roadmap discussions amp; business process diagramsArticulate selected recommendationsDeliver trusted, long-term, high ROI solutionsPartner with sales to deliver on revenue planExhibit proficiency of the core platform, including all current and future featuresLeverage knowledge gained from production deployments and customer experiencesCommunicate as well as champion the methods, processes, and certifications which make Docusign the most secure partner for eSignature transactionsJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasicExperience within a pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions and conceptsBS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experienceFluent in English and SpanishPreferredPrior pre-sales experience within an enterprise level SaaS offering, ideally cloud-basedProficient in delivering software demonstrations in-person and virtuallyExperience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIsProven experience working with employees at all levels of an organizationFluency in French or Dutch would be an advantageLife at DocusignWorking hereDocusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
