They will be organised in their approach and competent in the use of technology to facilitate a collaborative and effective way of working.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Meet and greet of patients/ visitors.To deal with patient queries in relation to Radiotherapy services, treatment appointments, transport etc.Proficient use of the electronic medical record.Managing the patient appointment schedule efficiently and effectively.Be able to multitask in a busy role, working within a multi-disciplinary team.Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Be responsible for confidentiality of patient information at all times.Qualifications & Experience:Have previous relevant work experience.Have excellent Customer Care Skills in a patient focused environment.Have excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner, and the ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders. Have knowledge of all Microsoft packages and experience of a Hospital Administrative System is advantageous.
