Role
TheSenior Compliance&Projects Accountantrole will play a key role insafeguarding the integrity of ATC's financial reporting, compliance framework, and control environment as the business continues to scale.
The roleis responsible forstrengtheningauditreadyprocesses, supporting enterprise risk management and internal control activities, and ensuringadherencetoGroup governance requirements.
This position combines technical accountingexpertisewith a strong focus on compliance execution, audit readiness, risk and control documentation, and continuous process improvement, and reports directly to theFinancial Controller.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update technical accounting documentation,including transfer pricing files, statutory disclosures, and internal accounting policies.
Implement robust audit readyfinance documentation and folder directory.
Provide guidance on compliance obligations for newservicesor business initiatives.
Design, recommend, and implement enhancements to the internal control framework, including reconciliations, approval workflows, segregation of duties, andsystembasedcontrols.
Execute the annual compliance monitoring plan.
Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures.
Support enterprise risk management and internal control reporting bymaintainingrisk and control documentation, supporting effectiveness assessments, and monitoring remediation actions to ensure ongoing compliance and audit readiness.
Assist with ERP migration to JP5
Undertakeadhocassignments as required by the Financial Controller orCFO.
About You
Essential
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)with 3-5 years PQE.
Experiencein a compliance-focused accounting role (practice or industry)isa distinct advantage.
Strong documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, andauditreadyworking papers and process documentation.
Experience working with ERP or financial systems (e.g. Business Central, SAP, or similar), and a strong understanding ofsystembasedcontrols.
Desirable
Experience supporting enterprise risk management, internal control, or governance processes, either formally or as part of audit/compliance work.
