ERP Transformation Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our client's major ERP transformation project. This is a 12-month contract opportunity.
About the Role
The successful candidate will own the full project lifecycle, from planning to go-live and hypercare. They will coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to deliver an ERP solution that aligns with business goals and improves operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and manage the project timeline, resources, and governance
* Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and communication plans
* Partner with business process owners and IT to translate requirements into phased delivery plans
* Manage third-party vendors/consultants and ensure cost-effective, contract-compliant delivery
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; drive timely decision-making
* Lead change management: stakeholder engagement, readiness, training, and communications to support adoption
* Oversee data migration, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and environment management
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and relevant regulations
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading ERP implementations or transformations
* Working knowledge of major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and core business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)
* Strong project management skills: planning, budgeting, risk/issue management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors across multiple sites/time zones
* Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum
* Hands-on exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models
