This key leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality care for older people in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and management within the nursing team. Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulations in a nursing home setting. Support and develop staff, fostering a positive workplace culture. Assist in the implementation of care policies and operational strategies. Requirements Full registration with The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI). Minimum 3 years post-registration experience caring for older people within the last 6 years. Minimum 3 years' management experience in health and social care. Post-registration management qualification in health or a related field, or willingness to commence same. Management qualification or Higher Diploma in Gerontology is desirable but not essential. Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
