Our client is a growing, well-established wealth management firm with a strong presence in Dublin. As the business continues to expand, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Wealth Manager / Financial Planner to work closely with their private clients team to service a portfolio of high-net-worth and corporate clients, providing long-term, strategic financial advice.
The Job
This is a client-facing advisory role focused on delivering high-quality, personalised financial planning. You will act as a trusted adviser, helping clients reduce costs, optimise tax efficiency, and build sustainable long-term wealth through well-structured, compliant advice.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive financial reviews to understand client objectives, challenges, and priorities fully.
Design and implement bespoke financial plans aligned to each client’s short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
Provide advice across a broad range of financial planning areas, tailored to individual client needs.
Stay up to date with market trends, legislative changes, and economic developments impacting clients.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clear communication and regular reviews.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a joined-up, holistic client experience.
Ensure all advice and recommendations meet regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards.
The Person
You are a client-centric, motivated adviser who enjoys building long-term relationships and helping clients achieve financial security and independence. You have a strong technical grounding and are comfortable delivering fully tailored advice across:
Retirement and pensions
Estate and succession planning
Protection solutions
Requirements
QFA qualification as a minimum; CFP, RPA or SIA highly advantageous.
7+ years’ experience in wealth management or financial planning.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with HNW clients.
Strong analytical capability, with the confidence to simplify complex concepts for clients.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a varied client workload.
A collaborative mindset and a genuine team-player attitude.
