About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to establish and manage a robust change governance process, coordinate and manage change requests and projects across jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of change and project activities in India and have experience in programme and/or change management.
They must also possess an understanding of regulatory requirements and operational processes, excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
This is a hybrid role that requires collaboration with internal teams, effective communication with stakeholders and senior management, and coordination of large transitions and framework changes within the team.
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
