The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our team as part of our financial services business in Dublin. As part of the Maples Group’s expansion, our Dublin office opened in 2008 and delivers best-in-class solutions to clients worldwide alongside our legal services teams.
Key Duties
Assisting with the administration of portfolios of SPVs participating in structured finance and asset finance/aircraft leasing transactions
Assisting with client onboarding, delivering high levels of client service and managing client relations
Updating and maintaining internal databases and systems
Working with senior team members on the review of transaction documents and files in accordance with internal policies and procedures
Liaising with investment managers, arrangers, aircraft lessors, operators, lawyers and other relevant parties
Ad-hoc project work as required
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a university graduate with an excellent academic background
Experience in a professional services firm (a legal, accounting, audit or compliance background would be beneficial)
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications; ability to use initiative and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Understanding of structured and asset finance transactions utilising SPVs and related areas would be an advantage
Attention to detail, professionalism and excellent organisational and communication skills
