Role Overview
We offer comprehensive training and mentoring, as well as practical experience on the job.
* You will initially complete two weeks of formal training to develop key skills and get to know your intake of other graduates.
Typical Graduate Responsibilities
As a graduate, you will own and deliver your workstream with guidance from project team members, identifying relevant data sources, collecting, interpreting and analysing data to support project outcomes.
You will also conduct interviews and derive insight from qualitative inputs, presenting findings to team members, clients and senior stakeholders.
Throughout your career, you will have access to a buddy to help settle in and a career coach to mentor and support career development.
Qualifications and Skills
A strong academic record is essential, alongside good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Intellectual curiosity, motivation and ability to contribute to discussions with senior stakeholders are also highly valued.
Additionally, commercial awareness, analytical and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
