Positions
2 x Medical Secretary Grade IV (Permanent Contract, 35 hours per week) – Blanchardstown/Raheny
* REF 2025 - 065
Permanent Contract 24 hours per week – Outpatient & Day Service (14 hrs) & Social Work and Bereavement Service (10 hrs) – Blanchardstown/Raheny
Essential Requirements
* Have four years experience in an Administration role in a healthcare setting.
* Be educated to Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent.
* Be fully competent in MS Office suite and other relevant packages.
* Experience in Patient/Client Administration Systems.
* Have undertaken an Office Administration/Secretarial Course or other relevant course.
* Full clean driving license
* Have four years experience in an Administration role in a healthcare setting.

* Have experience in an outpatient/GP setting.
