Job Descriptions
We are looking for a student support to provide assistance to our customers and maintain the highest levels of student satisfaction. You will be responsible for a variety of duties including ensure that an excellent service is provided to students at all times, helps to manage problems or complaints efficiently, support people in distress, elevate students' experience and greets new students on their first day as part of their school induction programme.
Responsibilities
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
-Handle complaints in a patient manner and Offers responses to students in time
-Promoting advice services, interacting with students via email and phone, addressing any questions or concerns
* Organize new students' documentation and prepare welcome packs
-Promote presentations in english to welcome students on modays and fridays
-Conduct meetings with students and the academic director
-Sell English courses offshore and onshore.
Qualification and Requirements
-Speak fluent English (C1) and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills
-Focus on customer satisfaction with a passion for offering exceptional service.
-Experience working in a Customer Service role
-Excellent administrative and organizational skills
-Professional telephone manner combined with a high level of spoken and written English
-Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical approach
* Ability to multi-task and deliver against a number of priorities
* Flexibility and a positive attitude
-Professional appearance
* Approachable and friendly manner
Part-time hours.
Salary + commission on sales + bonus for targets achieved
This position is part-time, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and applicants with Stamp 2 are more than welcome to apply.
