The Project Manager will take overarching responsibility for delivery of the development, with strategic oversight of programme, commercial performance, design coordination, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility for successful project delivery (time, cost, quality) Oversight and management of the Site Manager and site team Stakeholder liaison (local authorities, utilities, neighbours etc.
