A leading global investment management and financial technology organisation is seeking a Vice President Investor Services to join its growingAlternatives team in Dublin. This role will be responsible for managing an Investor Services team and overseeing the delivery of high-quality servicing to investors and clients across private market structures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop an Investor Services team, providing guidance, coaching and performance management
Oversee investor onboarding and account opening processes
Ensure investor queries and requests are handled efficiently and accurately
Review investor correspondence and ensure high service standards are maintained
Oversee investor payments including capital calls, distributions and related processes
Review Limited Partnership Agreements and Offering Memorandums prior to fund launches
Identify potential operational risks and provide solutions
Build strong relationships with clients, investors and external stakeholders including legal advisers, auditors and banks
Work closely with Fund Accounting and other internal teams to ensure operational efficiency
Contribute to strategic initiatives including workflow improvements, operating model development and business growth initiatives
Support senior management with projects, hiring and team development
Requirements
Minimum 8 years’ experience within Transfer Agency or Investor Services, with experience in Alternatives / Private Markets
Strong understanding of private market structures and processes including capital calls, sub-closes, equalisation, distributions and waterfall calculations
Experience reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and fund documentation
Knowledge of AML and regulatory requirements within fund servicing
Previous team leadership or management experience
Experience interacting with clients, investors and senior stakeholders
A relevant third level qualification in Finance or a related discipline
