BusinessRiver is offering the right candidate the opportunity to join our established sales team in a newly created role, focused on driving delegate attendance for our Innovation Series Luncheons – premium, content-led B2B events bringing senior decision-makers together to explore innovation, leadership, and future-focused strategies.
This is a fast-track opportunity into a financially rewarding sales career, with first-year earnings potential of €43,500 OTE plus up to €5,000 in benefits, and clear scope to grow earnings as the event portfolio scales.
You will work as part of our 10-strong sales team, benefiting from proven processes, strong brand recognition, and high-quality event propositions.

The Role
As a Delegate Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to sell delegate tickets and group packages for our Innovation Series Luncheon events.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
· Selling delegate places to senior decision-makers across multiple sectors
· Managing your own pipeline of prospects and leads
· Qualifying attendees to ensure a high-quality audience for each event
· Engaging with existing BusinessRiver contacts and warm leads
· Creating your own lead generation using research and available tools
· Hitting and exceeding delegate revenue targets per event
You will become an expert in the event themes, speakers, and audience profiles, enabling you to confidently articulate the value of attendance.
Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience is essential.
Remote working experience is preferred.
Compensation
· €37,500 – €43,500 OTE
· Strong commission structure with scope to increase earnings based on results
