Responsibilities:
* Lead production teams to deliver on quality, safety, delivery, cost, and people objectives.
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations across the facility.
* Maintain manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements.
* Optimize resource allocation to streamline the manufacturing process.
* Monitor and adjust stock levels of work-in-progress in the production areas.
* Ensure the production area meets environmental standards.
* Lead internal and external audits.
* Develop team members through coaching, delegation, performance reviews, and developmental assignments.
* Collaborate with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance work processes and methods.
* Drive business operations meetings to improve line productivity and OEE performance.
