We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management professional to lead our organization's financial planning and reporting function.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, refining, and delivering robust financial planning and reporting frameworks that support timely and effective decision-making across the business. This includes preparing monthly management accounts, forecasts, and reporting packs for senior leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with the CFO to develop strategic financial plans that drive business growth
* Prepare high-quality financial reports, including variance analysis and forward-looking commentary
* Lead the finance team in achieving operational excellence through process improvement initiatives
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1. Degree in Accounting or Finance; professionally qualified (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent)
2. No less than 35 years of experience in senior finance roles within large organizations (£10m+ turnover)
