About the Job
This role oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring timely completion while maintaining budget and health & safety standards.
The Site Manager will lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of groundworks through to project completion
* Leading and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour
* Maintaining programme, budget, and health & safety standards
* Liaising with design teams, project managers, and clients
* Conducting regular inspections for quality and compliance
* Managing site records, reports, and progress meetings
Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years experience in a Site Manager or Senior Foreman role
* Strong background in apartment developments or residential builds
* Proven experience managing subcontractors and multiple work fronts
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and H&S legislation
