Duties
* Personal care, meal prep, mobility assistance
* Dementia, Alzheimer's, and high-dependency support
* Medication prompting & light housework/shopping
* Companionship and encouraging independence
* Following individual Care Plans
* Reporting and documentation
Requirements
* QQI Care Skills & Care of the Older Person or 1 year healthcare experience
* Full driver's licence & own transport
* Reliable, caring, and professional
* Good English (spoken & written)
* Eligible to work in Ireland
* International Police Clearance (if applicable)
* Medical fitness certificate
