Red D are recruiting a Group Director of Sales & Marketing for our client, a rapidly expanding hotel group with an impressive portfolio of branded and distinctive independent properties across the UK and Ireland. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to shape the full sales and marketing strategy of a growing hospitality group. With several new hotel openings on the way and a strong existing footprint, the successful candidate will have real influence and visibility at group level. The Group Director of Sales & Marketing will lead across digital, brand, PR, loyalty, and revenue-driving initiatives, working closely with senior leadership to deliver both strategic direction and measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the sales and marketing function across a diverse, multi-property portfolio. Drive commercial performance through digital marketing, PR, brand campaigns, and loyalty programmes. Influence new hotel launches, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Work closely with senior leadership to deliver growth targets and strategic direction. Strengthen relationships with key partners and stakeholders. About You Proven senior experience in hotel sales and marketing, ideally at multi-property or regional level. Commercially driven with a strategic mindset and passion for brand development. Strong understanding of both UK and Irish hotel markets. A confident leader who combines creativity with commercial focus. Energetic, results-oriented, and motivated by growth and opportunity.
