Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking property developer, is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their dynamic team.
Specialising in high-profile residential and mixed-use developments, this company is known for delivering innovative and design-led projects across the region.
As their trusted recruitment partner, we're looking for a commercially driven individual to take ownership of all financial and contractual aspects across multiple development projects — from land acquisition and pre-construction through to final delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all commercial aspects of development projects
Prepare, manage, and forecast budgets and cost plans
Oversee procurement, contracts, and tender processes
Ensure strong cost control and value engineering practices
Manage risk assessments and financial reporting
Work closely with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders
About You
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in property development or construction
Strong knowledge of JCT and other standard contract forms
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar (RICS preferred)
Detail-oriented, strategic, and a strong team player
