Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Management
* Collaborate with our tenant engagement consultant to develop and implement a comprehensive occupier engagement strategy that creates a vibrant, connected workplace community
* Establish and maintain effective communication channels with tenants through newsletters, digital platforms, and face-to-face interactions
* Conduct quarterly satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to understand evolving occupier needs and preferences
* Create and maintain a detailed tenant database to track relationships, preferences, and communication history
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all tenant experience inquiries and concerns
* Facilitate cross-tenant introductions to foster a collaborative community environment
Front of House Operations
* Manage the Westpark reception area as the face of the business park, ensuring a professional, welcoming environment for all visitors
* Oversee the visitor management system, including processing arrivals, providing security badges, and directing guests
* Coordinate meeting room and campus amenity bookings, ensuring spaces are properly prepared and maintained
* Manage package and mail deliveries with an organized system for notification and pickup
* Oversee lobby and common area presentation, including displays, signage, and seasonal decorations
* Train and supervise additional front desk staff or temporary coverage personnel
Local Engagement & Retail Support
* Cultivate relationships with Shannon and County Clare businesses and services
* Execute promotional campaigns for on-site retailers and food service providers through digital marketing, events, and special offers
* Organize "meet the locals" events connecting tenants with nearby Shannon amenities and services
* Negotiate tenant discount programs with local businesses to enhance the occupier experience
* Liaise with Shannon Chamber of Commerce and regional business organizations to integrate with the wider business community
ESG & Sustainability Initiatives
* Partner with our client to implement and communicate sustainability goals and programs across the campus
* Organize educational workshops and awareness campaigns focused on environmental best practices
* Track and report sustainability metrics and tenant participation in green initiatives
* Facilitate recycling programs, energy conservation efforts, and other environmental initiatives
* Coordinate community service opportunities and charitable partnerships with local organizations
Event Management & Reporting
* Create and manage a diverse calendar of events utilizing communal spaces, from wellness activities to networking opportunities
* Prepare detailed post-event analysis reports including metrics, feedback, and improvement recommendations
* Develop comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports tracking community engagement, satisfaction, and event ROI
* Present engagement data and insights at stakeholder meetings with ownership
* Collaborate with regional service providers to arrange seasonal events, including vendor selection and on-site coordination
Property Operations Support
* Maintain regular tenant communication regarding general operations
* Implement and oversee Health and Safety protocols in accordance with Irish regulations
* Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory compliance and insurance requirements
* Serve as liaison with insurance brokers to address queries and ensure appropriate coverage

* Proven experience in community management, hospitality, or customer success roles

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms

* Experience planning and executing professional events from concept to completion

Desirable Experience
* Previous experience in commercial real estate, property management, or workplace experience within Ireland

* Understanding of building operations and facility management fundamentals
