About the Role
This is a dynamic role for a Marketing graduate, working across a broad range of brand, communication and marketing assignments within the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the IMC team in delivering its strategy and plans, driving improvements across all IMC functions.
* Content creation for various channels and platforms, including drafting and editing written content covering employer brand, technical and campaign work.
* Digital marketing activities including social media, website and email marketing content creation and campaign activation.
* Graphic design of brand compliant artwork for campaigns and collateral, including print, digital channels and merchandise.
* Delivery of internal communications plans, including intranet content, newsletters and presentations.
* Organisation of advertising campaigns with third party publications, liaison with a PR agency to support firmwide PR plans and coordination of other brand activities.
* Development and roll-out of campaigns, collateral and initiatives for both internal and external audiences.
* Ownership of IMC administrative duties, including digital analysis, reporting and provision of meaningful metrics on relevant brand activities.
* Undertaking ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* A master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
* 6 months experience working in professional services environment or similar corporate entities.
* Experience writing for various channels, including social media and website platforms.
* Experience with Google analytics, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience in graphic design tools (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and website content management systems.
* Strong administrative and report writing skills.
* Ability to foster trusted relationships combined with strong commercial acumen and expertise.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organisation.
* Project management and organisational skills with capability to handle multiple projects at one time.
