About the Role

* Provide outstanding customer service to our merchants via phone, email, and chat
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to management on areas for improvement
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
