The Logitech Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) design team is searching for a Senior UX Designer to play a pivotal role in designing seamless, innovative experiences across our ecosystem of mice, keyboards, webcams, speakers and software.
Responsibilities
* Conceptualize and craft intuitive experiences that connect advanced hardware with companion software.
* Seamlessly integrate physical and digital touchpoints to deliver cohesive and delightful user workflows.
* Be driven by curiosity and a desire to connect design work with user insights to envision future experiences.
* Stay aware of the industry landscape, including user, market, and technology research, to ground needs and opportunities.
* Advocate for target audiences in all points of the product design process to ensure experiences meet user needs.
* Drive iterative design processes and activities to achieve world‑class outcomes quickly.
* Partner with Industrial Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers to unify hardware and software design priorities.
* Contribute to the evolution of Logitech's design systems that ensure consistency across the hardware/software ecosystem.

Key Qualifications
* Strong portfolio showcasing design solutions that effectively integrate software and hardware.
* Passionate design thinker and craftsperson.
* Well‑versed in user‑centered design methods and techniques in a multidisciplinary environment.
* Understanding of the latest development tools, technologies, and processes and how to best apply them.
* Proficient skills in concept generation, visualization, and rapid prototyping.
* Highly driven and a proactive self‑starter, able to take on tasks with little context and communicate design thinking throughout all stages.
