**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Strategist to lead critical initiatives across our organization. This high-impact role combines category management, process transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in indirect procurement, particularly with contingent workforce management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized, scalable procurement processes for all indirect categories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contracting with staffing agencies, MSPs, and freelance platforms worldwide
* Develop a structured vendor management program, including KPIs, SLAs, risk assessments, and compliance checks
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, HR, Legal, and other teams to ensure compliance with worker classification, co-employment, and regional labor laws
* Optimize the use of VMS or similar platforms; create dashboards for reporting on spend, vendor performance, and utilization
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
* Experience in indirect procurement, especially with contingent workforce management
* Proven success in implementing procurement processes or transformation programs across multiple geographies
* Deep knowledge of contingent labor models, compliance, and vendor management best practices
* Strong project management skills for leading cross-functional initiatives in complex environments
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
