Ideal candidate would know who Guido Migliozzi is.Thinks in probabilities, comfortable reasoning about risk and expected value in real timeA sharp, curious mind that goes beyond reading odds to questioning themProactive with strong follow-through: identifies issues early, owns them, and sees them to resolutionAttention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressureStrong computer literacy with the ability to learn and navigate new tools efficientlyExperience with sports betting or financial markets trading
