Client Coordinator - Ballina, Co. Tipperary.What We're Looking For:One Touch software experience (advantageous)Office administration backgroundWillingness to work occasional weekend shifts as part of our collaborative team rotaAbout the Role:As Client Coordinator, you'll be central to ensuring our clients receive outstanding care through effective service coordination, schedule management, and clear communication across clients, care teams, and healthcare partners. You'll maintain comprehensive records, respond to queries, and support various administrative functions.Core Responsibilities:Schedule Management: Organizing client care rosters, ensuring adequate coverage, and adapting schedules when circumstances changeLiaison Work: Serving as the key contact point between clients, families, care staff, and medical professionalsClient Relations: Managing client questions, concerns, and requests while offering helpful support and directionDocumentation: Keeping precise, current client files, records, and personalized care plansStandards Monitoring: Overseeing care delivery to ensure we consistently maintain excellenceOffice Support: Contributing to data management, filing systems, report preparation, and general administrative operationsEssential Skills and Background:Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities across diverse audiencesOrganizational Strength: Proven capability to juggle competing priorities, manage workload effectively, and maintain meticulous recordsSolution-Focused: Skilled at evaluating situations, identifying challenges, and delivering practical solutionsTechnical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related applicationsHealthcare Knowledge: Previous experience in healthcare environments or supporting people requiring care is preferredAbout Comfort Homecare:Established in 2021 by Dara Shortt - an acclaimed healthcare leader honoured as 'Local Businesswoman of the Year 2023' and awarded 'Business All-Star Accreditation 2025' - Comfort Homecare has expanded to over 300 dedicated team members nationally while preserving our welcoming, family-centred ethos.We're continuously seeking caring, empathetic professionals to support our vision to "restore tenderness to homecare."
