We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our #MPeople team at The Montenotte Hotel.Main Responsibilities:Manage the smooth and efficient operation of the assigned Food & Beverage outlets.Assist other Food & Beverage outlets when required.Manage reservations for the assigned outlets and liaise with relevant departments regarding special requests.Ensure the highest standards of luxury are consistently delivered to guests.Conduct departmental audits to maintain consistency among team members.Communicate the Hotel's Vision, Mission, and Values to the team and incorporate them into daily activities.Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of service areas (front & back of house).Control the ambience in departments, including lighting, music, and temperature.Report defective materials and equipment to appropriate departments.Implement new initiatives within the agreed timeframe.Set and achieve personal objectives annually.Attend meetings as required and ensure management presence during peak service times.Maintain a high level of security throughout the hotel.Additional Notes:If you are not a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.All applications should be made via the 'Apply now' button.
