Experienced Façade Manager Required
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Façade Manager to join our team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for managing facade elements across various subcontract packages and overseeing the detailed interface.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing facades projects with a proven track record with main contractors or specialist sub-contractors. They will possess strong and effective sub-contractor management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing facade elements across various subcontract packages
2. Oversight of the detailed interface between different teams
3. Coodinating logistics for façade materials procurement
