Lead Kitchen Operations
We are seeking an experienced culinary leader to helm our kitchen team at a prestigious dining destination in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise a large team of chefs and ensure exceptional food quality and customer experiences.
* Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to drive business growth and profitability.
* Manage inventory, ordering, and staff supervision to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience as a Head Chef of a large restaurant and bar destination with a proven track record of achieving financial targets.
