Job Summary
Our client, a high-growth global aviation company, is seeking an experienced VP of Human Resources to lead strategic HR initiatives across multiple international regions. This role will drive engagement, culture, and talent development globally.
Main Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic advisor to global leaders, aligning people initiatives with business goals.
* Support organisational change and HR operations across regions.
* Oversee international benefits, healthcare, and pensions implementation.
* Lead workforce planning in partnership with hiring managers and talent acquisition.
* Design and implement succession planning and leadership development frameworks.
* Champion culture, engagement, and DEI programs.
* Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, learning, and career growth.
* Ensure global HR policies and practices are compliant and effectively implemented.
* Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency through digital HR transformation.
* Manage complex employee relations matters and drive resolution processes.
* Support organisational design, change management, and continuous improvement projects.
* Deputise for the Head of HR in periods of absence.
Qualifications
* Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
* 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior HR Management role.
* Marketplace knowledge and experience of dealing with 3rd party vendors on a global level in relation to benefits.
* Experience managing global HR operations and benefit providers.
* Skilled in employee development and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable navigating complex, fast-paced environments.
* Experience in aviation preferred or from a high-growth multinational.
